Our prices are public domain, they are so calculated that with the use of state of the art construction materials, in compliance with the needs of the customer at any time, on a customized, tailor made basis, they stay favourable and affordable.
The company management thinks long term, prices are calculated without any extra profit.
With us all customers get a detailed price quote following a detailed preliminary consultation, that can be the basis of the contract at a later stage. We also offer opportunity for our customers to execute certain works phases by themselves, to install building materials of their own choice - therefore to decrease the average prices indicated herein.
Our baseline services include individual design, full-scale administrative services including the building permit, foundation works. Among the technical parameters of our Exclusive category timber-frame houses there are the 260mm thick external wall with a 150+80 cm insulation, an air-gap (optional), the 145 mm internal supporting walls, the 200 mm attic insulation, the impressive 60+10 cm roof overhang, the quality brand wood of steel frame u=0,9-1,3 category plastic windows (in 3-5 cells make), and other quality brand pieces of equipment, like Junkers furnaces and alternate systems, Lindab gutters, etc. (for more details see the technical description) which all highlight the quality performance offered.
Our Standard category timber-frame houses also have very reliable walls (from 210 mm), with 120+60 mm insulation, plaster fibre covering, and the EME certification is a baseline requirement for all structural elements of the timber-frame house (it guarantees the required quality and technical content, which today is indispensable to obtain the building permit).
The contract price is guaranteed for a 6-month period.
We offer 30 years good for the purpose warranty for the vertical supporting and space separating structures. Our financially sound company has its own manufacturing plant in Hungary, with an ISO certificate, and for you this means correct works execution, and security also over the long run!!!
Upon request we provide counseling for credit negotiations, financing and building plot purchasing with such banks as OTP, HVB, MKB, K&H.
